Welcome to the Friends of Fleet Wood Lane School (PTA).
The role of the PTA
The Friends of Fleet School is a registered charity (1102523) which is led by our PTA. We are governed by a group of elected committee members who must follow the rules and regulations set out in our constitution. The main role of the PTA is to build strong working relationships between parents, teachers and the school community. We not only organise fun events for our children and their families but also fund things that could otherwise not be afforded by our school. Everyone at the school is an automatic member of the PTA and are invited to get involved. Any ideas for fundraising, perhaps you would like to fundraise or donate yourself, or perhaps volunteer to help out at one of our events, or perhaps you have ideas about what we could fund that will benefit our children, your contributions are very welcome.
